Propertymoji consist of Pre-Delivery Inspection module and Vacant Possession module.

PDI module generally manage the defects found during pre-delivery inspection. This stage is important to ensure the property is delivered in the most perfect condition.

VP module is the interface between Customer Relationship team and the property owners. It helps customer relationship team to ensure all payments are done, checklist of documents confirmed, make appointment with owners and final key handover process.

Owner can also interacts with the developer with eDefects module (part of the eVP and ePDI) to register any defects found during the warrant period.

PDI module provides a realtime dashboard to developers of the progress and status of the defects.

Here the system assist developers in tracking defects submission, rectification, resolution and verification

Manage defects in a visual screen, includes floor plan of the property unit and physically marking the defects with 'dropping a pin' onto the floor plan.

The application uses interactive technology where possible.

Customer signature can be captured at various places for an authorised acceptance or approval.

Besides, it shows profesionalism and convenience.

Vacant Possession module has similar dashboard to show the progress of the defects rectification and verification.

VP provides Payment Checklist, Appointment Checklist, Inventory Checklist and a Survey form (for taking owner's view of the handover experience).

Customer Relationship team can use a tablet to access the system for mobility as well as looking professional in the process.
