M5 has added new feature which you can view back the Workflow status in diagram.
How to view back the Workflow status in diagram
Go to your submission form and click Workflow Status.
M5 will show the workflow status in diagram.
How to view change history
Click Change history button on your form.
M5 will display the change history information (if any).
