On Default, the Form View in M5 does not have the search function.
To enable the Search function, will need to go to the developer page and go to the view form edit.
In the edit view, scroll down to the "Navigation Branches" to enable the Search function
In the navigation branches, under the dropdown for the Search form, choose the option "Application Pages"
And under the Resource Type, choose the Search View, and choose the view page according to the form needed for the search form.
